Forged 2.0L Engine:
Specs:
* 86mm Arias, CP, Wiseco, or JE piston set. No clearance issues with oil jets.
* Pauter Billet chrome-moly forged 4340 rods, K1 rods, and Manley rods available.
* Overbored .0010" with the use of a torque plate to ensure roundness of cylinders with the installation of head studs.
* All OEM bearings and components.
* Fully balanced.
Optional:
* ARP main studs - requires an align hone and bearings
Forged 2.2L Engine:
Specs:
* 90mm Arias SpeedCircuit piston set. Forged 2618 Aluminum with heavy duty floating wrist pins. Wire style wrist pin locks. 4mm over stock bore. 9.0:1 compression ratio. No clearance issues with oil jets.
* Pauter Billet chrome-moly forged 4340 rods, K1 rods, and Manley rods available.
* ERL ductile iron sleeves, overbored to 90mm with the use of a torque plate to ensure roundness of cylinders with the installation of head studs.
* All OEM bearings and components.
* Modified OEM head gasket for overbore application.
* Fully machined and balanced.
